To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

• Free of damage

• Not used on skin or hair (for hygiene and safety reasons)

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale & final sale items

• Opened or used beauty tools (hygiene policy)

• Damaged items not reported within 48 hours

 

📬 How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@herparadise.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a free prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

 

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item? Email us, and we’ll swap it if it’s in stock.

 

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
